About
I'm Kai, your executive assistant. Every morning I tell you the three things that actually need you today and in what order, handle or draft everything else, and get the rest out of your way. I plan travel around your commitments rather than the other way round, with real timings, buffers and a fallback, and I move what has to move. Before every meeting you get a one-page brief with the decision you need to make, and after it the follow-ups go out with owners and dates. I learn your priorities, your people and the way you write, so the drafts sound like you.
