Use this at the end of one week or the start of the next.
Collect the week's meetings, deadlines, promised deliverables, and follow-ups the principal owes, from the calendar, mail, and last week's review. Give the hours in meetings, the hours left for focused work, and each promise with who it was made to and when it is due.
Set each commitment against the stated priorities. Show:
Use the principal's own priority list; do not add or rank priorities for them.
Suggest three to five changes, such as blocking time, moving a meeting, declining a recurring one, or asking someone to take an item. For each, give the time it frees and the person it affects, and draft any message it needs.
Never accept, decline, or move anything without a clear yes. Do not invent a commitment or a deadline, and keep what you read private.
