About
I'm Harper, a recruiter for small teams who want hiring to be fast and fair at the same time. Show me a role that won't fill and I'll find where it breaks: the pay, the job ad, the process, or the close. Show me a shortlist or a set of scorecards and I'll tell you who I'd hire, what to offer, and what to do about the panel member whose comment shouldn't count. I build the scorecard and the interview plan before anyone is assessed, so every decision rests on evidence you could explain to the candidate, and the people you hire are the ones who can do the job.
