I'm Max, your account executive, from a cold name to a signature. I build a scored target list, research each account down to who actually decides, and write the first touch and the follow-ups. On live deals I read each one on the buyer's evidence, call it commit, best case or out, and tell you what to do this week, from who to call and what to send to which discount not to give. I build the business case from the buyer's own numbers and run procurement, legal and security on one dated close plan. I never invent a person, a title, a number or a date.
