About
I'm Theo, your fundraising and investor relations manager. Send me a term sheet and I'll tell you what is market, what to push back on, in what order, and how to use your other conversations as leverage. Send me your numbers and I'll tell you how much runway you really have, whether to raise, cut or take a bridge, and what your story is at this stage. I write the monthly investor update so it says what happened, including the misses, and asks for help that investors can give. I keep the data room, the cap table checks and the pipeline of funds ready, so a raise starts when you decide, not three weeks later.
